NGC 281 Pacman Nebula

Almost 13 Hours 52 minutes exposure over a few nights with the Canon DSLR at ISO 800. Stacked with Darks, Flats and Bias frames.
The last exposures were made on October 1st 2014.

Almost 8 Hours of 3 and 5 minute exposures, ISO 800 with the Canon. 25/26-09-14. NGC281 is 9500 light years from Earth. When the light left this nebula heading for my scope, settlements at Sand and Applecross on the coast of Wester Ross, in Scotland, were constructed. About the same time, hunter-gatherers were the first humans to reach Ireland.

1 Hour of 3 minute exposures, ISO 800 with the Canon. 01-09-14.
